This project consisted of providing Quality Level A – Test Holes to locate any utilities within seven (7) proposed power pole structures. Each location required 13 to 21 test holes to a depth of 10-feet each to find any utilities or concrete footings within the 8-feet and/or 10-feet diameter of the proposed structure. If a utility was found the structure was relocated by the Client and additional test holes were excavated at the new location. Concrete footings, water lines and gas lines were observed in three of the proposed locations and required a new structure location.
