Pay Transparency Policy Statement

Unlawful Harassment, Discrimination and Reporting Procedure
The Company is committed to providing a work environment that is free from all forms of discrimination and conduct that can be considered harassing, coercive, or disruptive, including sexual harassment. Policy Statement On Nondiscrimination
It is the policy of SAM Parent LLC and its Subsidiaries, including but not limited to Surveying And Mapping, LLC, SAM-Construction Services, LLC and SAM-NY, Inc. (collectively the “SAM Companies”) to comply with the regulations of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, and other nondiscrimination laws and authorities, that include regulations relative to nondiscrimination in federally-assisted programs of the Department of Transportation (DOT) Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) and the Federal Highway Administration’s Title 23 Code of Federal Regulations 200 (collectively, the “Regulations”). The SAM Companies will not participate, either directly or indirectly, in the discrimination prohibited by the Regulations. The SAM Companies will not discriminate against any person on the ground of race, color or national origin.
In addition to Title VI, the SAM Companies will not discriminate under other nondiscrimination statutes which also afford legal protection on the basis of sex, age or disability.
