SAM provided management of all aspects of the utility relocation effort, including coordination with roadway designers, utility design consultants, and utility owners. We managed all supplemental SUE investigations as well as provided daily construction support. The SAM team prepared all 27 utility adjustment agreements as well as 24 agreement amendments.
