Dwayne Williamson

Dwayne Williamson has over 40 years of experience providing a variety of Geomatic services in the Infrastructure industry. Dwayne is an Associate and the Construction Market Group Manager for the Austin Secondary Market sector. His responsibilities include overseeing business development and all construction layout activities in the local Austin market, as well as assisting the Renewables group in the staking of wind and solar projects. Dwayne also provides executive management to define department goals, strategies, and financial plans for the Austin Construction group.

Dwayne is a Professional Land Surveyor in Nevada and Utah. His vast experience includes projects for some of the top construction general contractors and high-profile clients in both Texas and Nevada. His professional experience ranges from Boundary and Topographic to ALTA/NSPS surveys, construction layout of multiple high-rise buildings, large manufacturing and tech facilities, educational campuses, and many commercial and multi-family housing projects in the Austin, Dallas, Houston, and Las Vegas areas.

He believes that mentoring our young people will improve them professionally and personally, as well as benefit SAM. He enjoys fostering, mentoring, and teaching our youth about the great career that they have chosen. He values the relationships he has fostered over his career and considers his colleagues friends. Dwayne is also active in his community, such as the Ronald McDonald House, HEB Feast of Sharing, and volunteering at the Central Texas Food Bank. He enjoys spending time outdoors and camping with his wife and children.
