SAM Awarded Five Year Inclusion in Texas A&M’s Real Estate Services Pool

November 10, 2021

SAM has been selected for inclusion in the Texas A&M University System (University System) pool for real estate survey services. This SAM contract is for the A&M System Real Estate Office (SREO) to draw from until June 30, 2026. SAM will provide a full range of real estate survey services including Land Title Surveys, Easement Descriptions and Plat preparation as needed and in connection with real estate transactions.

SAM’s experience working with higher education institutions and state agencies provides our teams with a unique understanding of the processes and standards these projects require. SAM currently holds on-call contracts with agencies such as the University of Texas, Austin Independent School District, Dallas Independent School District, and the Texas Facilities Commission. With six offices across Texas SAM can quickly deploy crews to any of the University System’s 19 service locations.

“We are very excited to be selected by Texas A&M across the whole state,” said Don Zdancewicz, RPLS, Senior Project Manager at SAM. “This selection continues a concerted effort to respond to and win opportunities from state agencies, educational systems, local counties and cities as well as other governmental agencies throughout the state. We hope SAM will have many opportunities to assist the Texas A&M University System and demonstrate our vast expertise in preparing Land Title Surveys.”

Our teams bring to the table SAM’s innovative approach to problem solving and our proprietary software such as SAM Capture™. This mobile application allows our field crews to create verifiable, traceable, and complete digital information packets on-site. This new software improves communication between field and office workers and enhances the quality of deliverables while minimizing the risk of errors and omissions.

SAM was previously awarded a two-year MSA with Texas A&M University Systems for utility engineering and surveying services. To learn more about our utility engineering services, visit our webpage.
