SAM Awarded Two-Year MSA With Texas A&M University Systems For Utility Engineering And Surveying Services

SAM has been awarded a two-year Master Service Agreement (MSA) to provide utility engineering and surveying services for the Texas A&M University System (University System). SAM will provide Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) as well as utility design, inspection, and coordination services with surveying support utilizing Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS), as needed.

The work will be performed under an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract for the University System. SAM’s extensive experience working with higher education institutions gives us a unique understanding of the processes and standards these projects require and multiple offices across Texas, we can quickly deploy to any of the University System’s 15 campus locations.

SAM offers a wide range of SUE, utility coordination, and surveying data collection and processing services while employing the most advanced technology and innovative solutions in the industry. In addition, SAM will be working on the project with several Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB) to support the goals of the University System, and as a former HUB firm, SAM is fully committed to supporting and providing these companies with collaborative teaming arrangements.
