Erin Allen

Erin Allen has over 17 years of experience in the utility industry with a strong focus on Geographic Information Systems (GIS).  Erin has worked for hundreds of utilities and cities to provide GIS services customized for sanitary sewer, water, electric, gas, and storm water utilities. Her involvement with utilities and municipalities has included a variety of responsibilities including consulting, end-user design, sales support and contract management.

As a business development manager, Erin is responsible for showcasing SAM’s wide range of expertise, especially in GIS data collection and development and working with clients to deliver SAM’s value to their projects. Her focus to provide data and programs built on the highest level of accuracy are tailored to meet the unique organizational needs of every client. Erin earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems, as well as her MBA, both from Northwest Missouri State University in Maryville, Missouri.

Erin’s favorite SAM core value is People. She loves getting to meet new people and collaborate with clients and business partners, as well as the SAM team. Erin and her family reside in Missouri where she stays active with church and volunteers by organizing and managing youth sports teams.
