Shane Nichols brings more than 20-years of leadership experience operating in both the Fortune 50 and private equity environments. With a proven track record of success, he has led organizations to consistently deliver growth and business improvement across a variety of industries through strategic planning, M&A, P&L oversight, sales & marketing, commercial excellence, operational acumen, and the customer experience value chain. As the Chief Growth Officer, Shane leads the growth efforts for the company and its subsidiaries.
Prior to joining SAM, Shane held several roles with well-known global companies like Honeywell, GE, and Woodward across a variety of industries and business models. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign after enlisting in the U.S. Air Force.
Shane’s favorite SAM core value is People, and he has a passion for creating an environment where people have the autonomy and the opportunity to be their best and shine. He resides in Fort Collins, CO, with his wife and two sons.
