Shane has as a combined 15 years of experience in GIS development and management for over 100 municipalities and utilities. His career has taken him through many positions in the industry including Field Technician, Office Technician, City GIS Coordinator, and Project Management.
Shane is responsible for field and office team coordination, client interaction, proposal reviews, and budget management. He oversees all quality assurance processes prior to delivery and assists in final data rollout and GIS solution training. Shane’s use of Esri software throughout his career leads him to make the decisions needed to produce proper workflow of field-office data and GIS solutions for clients.
Shane graduated from Northwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree and Master’s Certificate, both of which are in GIS. He maintains OSHA and North Carolina Stormwater SCM Inspection and Maintenance Certifications. Shane’s favorite SAM core value is Excellence in Service. He feels strongly that producing high quality deliverables for his clients is the key to maintaining a long-lasting relationship. Shane resides in Kansas City, Missouri with his girlfriend and their three dogs: Lana, Stella, and Skittles.
