Scott is the Department Manager and Leader of SAM’s Rochester Office. With over 33 years of experience, Scott has an extensive background in all aspects of the Surveying industry. Scott directs and oversees the entire Rochester operation of over 40 staff providing services in Construction Survey, Design Survey and Subsurface Utility Locating. Scott provides technical and professional expertise for a wide range of projects but his motivation is building great teams, facilitating complex situations and developing strong client relationships. Scott focuses on helping our employees and clients succeed. Accordingly, “People” is Scott’s favorite core value.
Scott is a Licensed Professional Surveyor in New York and Pennsylvania and is a member of the New York State Association of Professional Land Surveyors and the Pennsylvania Society of Land Surveyors.
Scott is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting, fishing, kayaking, and camping.
