Ollie Pollard has over 20 years of experience providing a variety of professional services in the AEC industry. He is an Associate and Vice President at SAM, providing strategic leadership as the Office Manager for the Central Texas locations in both Austin and Cedar Park. His chief responsibility is driving organizational success through innovative solutions. With a commitment to excellence, he fosters operational efficiency and elevates teams to achieve their full potential, driving positive change and enhancing overall business performance. Working with fellow office leadership, subject matter experts, and SAM executives to navigate complex challenges, he drives organizational transformation for sustainable growth to meet SAM’s long-term financial plans and strategic objectives.

Ollie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geomatics from Texas A&M–Corpus Christi. He continues to stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure his leadership remains at the forefront of an evolving business landscape. He is a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas and Louisiana, and a member of several industry associations. In addition, Ollie is actively involved in his community through the local chamber of commerce in Austin, Cedar Park, Round Rock, and Leander. Ollie’s professional experience spans a wide range of infrastructure clients, successfully executing projects for electric transmission, renewables, transportation, energy, telecom, water, and utility companies.
