Kyle Currey joined SAM in 2009. He has over 25 years of experience in the AEC industry with vast experience in the electric power market. As the Corporate Electric Market Lead, he currently splits his time between the Dallas and Tyler offices. His responsibilities include assisting executive management in direction, short-term and long-term goals for the electric market, and providing business development support across the nation by identifying new submarkets within the industry, mentoring staff along the way.

Kyle works in close contact with different utility leaders both in the public and private sectors and is responsible for monitoring the latest industry news to help guide SAM’s marketing strategy. Kyle’s fast and continuous growth within SAM made him a true subject matter expert in the industry and a valuable resource for SAM.

Kyle’s favorite core value is People. He believes in service to others and helping others improve themselves, personally and professionally. He values the relationships he has fostered over his career and considers many colleagues his close friends. He believes the better we know one another, the better team we become and the better we can serve our clients. Kyle is active in his community, having served as a youth baseball/softball coach and church leader. He enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and children.
