Kevin Richardson has been delivering multidisciplinary professional services in the AEC industry for more than 25 years. He has an extensive background in business practices, personnel management, and financial management and was previously a partner and owner of his own company in Cincinnati, growing the firm substantially and then ultimately selling the business to a larger Ohio company. With SAM, Kevin is the Eastern Regional Director, focused primarily on expanding company growth and business development for that region, as well as serving in a leadership role for the company at large.
Kevin is a licensed professional land surveyor in Ohio, Kentucky, Louisiana, South Carolina, and Texas and a member of several professional and industry-related associations including the Professional Land Surveyors of Ohio (PLSO), the Ohio Oil and Gas Association (OOGA), the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS), and the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
Kevin’s favorite core value is Excellence in Service. He strongly believes the key to business success lies in delivering an exceptional client experience with innovative solutions and the highest quality products and services. Kevin is very active in his community, providing leadership for young people through his involvement with the Bellepoint Youth Athletic Association and Buckeye Valley Athletic Boosters Association, and also volunteering for community food distribution programs. He resides in Columbus with his wife and two children.
