In her role as a Digital Consultant, Erika partners with utility leadership, business, partners, and IT teams to develop clear strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks that align technology investments with business objectives.

With more than 25 years of experience in the utilities industry, Erika brings a deep background spanning utility operations, enterprise analytics, software development, project management, and business development. Her professional experience includes supporting critical transmission and control systems, leading analytics and data governance initiatives, and guiding utilities through strategy development, procurement, and transformation efforts. Erika has worked with a wide range of utility and vendor organizations, collaborating across disciplines to deliver practical solutions that address complex operational and organizational challenges.
