Eric Kreiner

Eric Kreiner has over 35 years of land surveying experience for public and private sector clients. Eric is an Associate and leads the transportation team in Dallas. His responsibilities include business development, project management, and execution, mentoring and developing team personnel, and contributing to the strategic goals and objectives of the Transportation Market by working with Dallas office leadership and the executive management team.

Eric has been a Registered Professional Land Surveyor in Texas for over 24 years and is both a member and former Director of the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors, Chapter 5. Eric’s professional experience spans a broad range of projects from Land Development, Offshore Oil and Gas, Construction, and Staking and Layout. Over the last 15 years he has specialized in providing transportation surveys as both a prime and sub-consultant. He has also executed numerous large and complex Right-of-Way Mapping and Design Survey projects, utilizing the full array of technologies available in-house at SAM, providing the best possible value proposition to the client.

Eric’s favorite SAM core value is Excellence in Service. He believes that responsiveness, client communication, and collaboration are key differentiators in the survey profession, especially when providing innovative solutions, quality work, and timely delivery. He currently resides in Texas with his wife and daughter. He is actively involved in his daughter’s high school and enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with his family.
