Donna Josey has 20+ years of Human Resource experience spanning the full scope of the HR spectrum.  As the HR Manager, her responsibilities include leading the HR Operations team and providing oversight for the various functions such as New Hire Onboarding, Benefits Administration, Performance Management, Employee Relations, HRIS Administration, and Compliance and Reporting. Donna’s role allows her to partner with leadership to understand the needs of the company and to enhance the capabilities of the workforce, leading to overall business success.

Donna is certified as a Senior Professional of Human Resources by the Human Resource Certification Institute and a Senior Certified Professional by the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Her experience spans a wide range of varying industries, including computer and IT manufacturing, financial services, non-profits, media, and government contracting.

Donna is married and resides in Texas with her husband, Larry.
