Allen Siler has over 20 years of experience providing Aerial Mapping services, working across different areas in the industry. His geospatial and aerial mapping experience includes all aspects of LiDAR and imagery acquisition and planning, planimetric and terrain feature extraction, digital terrain modeling/contour generation, Orthophoto generation, project quality assurance and control, and generation of final deliverables.
As a Certified Photogrammetrist and Senior Project Manager, his responsibilities include team-building and mentoring, business development, proposal formulation, sales, project financials, and overall team management. Allen’s fundamental knowledge of photogrammetry and LiDAR and his fast, continued growth within SAM has made him a true subject matter expert in the industry and a valuable resource for our clients.

His goal to provide value to clients by offering them extraordinary services, innovative solutions, and the highest quality products has helped SAM build a large portfolio of projects and clients. Allen is active in his community, volunteering with several organizations such as the Capital Area Food Bank and Keep Austin Beautiful. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, enjoying Austin’s local music scene, and homesteading.
