Phase Manager, New England

|

As head of the Keene, New Hampshire office, Alec Kurowski brings 15 years of experience in the S.U.E. and geophysical utility mapping industry and is actively focusing on his land surveying career. He manages a wide range of survey projects throughout New England, while providing S.U.E. services, both in the field and throughout the project management cycle, for a select group of the Doucet organization’s valued clients.

Alec began his profession as a geophysical field technician in the New York tri-state area and quickly began managing subsurface surveys related to S.U.E., environmental remediation, property development, and subsurface site characterization projects throughout the northeast. In 2015, he decided to focus on building his career in land surveying and has become well versed at integrating G.P.R., electromagnetics, metal-detection, and records research with a variety of land surveying projects. Alec is a member of the New Hampshire Land Surveyors Association and the American Geophysical Union (AGU) and is working towards a track to professional land surveyor’s license.

Alec’s favorite SAM core value is Ethics, narrowly beating out Excellence in Service. He believes that without a strong foundation in Ethics, there can be no Excellence in Service. Outside of work, Alec enjoys skiing and snowboarding, hiking, mineral collecting, and keeping up with his three young daughters.
