We are pleased to announce that Stan Hicks, P.E. has joined SAM Companies as a Director of Business Development based in our Atlanta office. Mr. Hicks will support SAM’s Transportation market efforts in the Southeast region, focusing on the states of South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida.
Mr. Hicks brings over 35 years of experience in the transportation industry with a background in highway design/engineering and a focus on Construction Engineering and Inspection (CE&I), Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE), Utility Coordination, and Surveying. With SAM, he will use his extensive knowledge of efficiently combining these multiple service offerings on single projects to save clients time and money.

Mr. Hicks is a licensed Professional Engineer in Georgia and Florida and holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Auburn University.
