SAM is pleased to have been recognized by Inc. magazine as one of the top hiring companies in 2012, based on extended employee growth. The firm ranked number one (1) among all engineering firms on the list and number four (4) among all Texas firms. The Inc. Hire Power Awards are recognition for being among the top private business job creators by region and industry. 2012 was the inaugural year for the award. Over the three year timeframe of the award reporting period SAM added 207 jobs, almost doubling its employee headcount. This corresponded with an exceptional rate of revenue growth over the same period, for which the firm was previously recognized on the Inc. 5000 list.
