Ronald Ilk, PLS, LS
Ron has joined the firm as Office Manager for the Denver Office. He brings more than 35 years of experience in the operations and management of surveying projects for transportation, right-of-way, land development, and utility infrastructure. Most recently Ron was Survey/ROW Team Leader with URS in Denver. He also has extensive experience working with the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT).
Ron is currently a licensed professional land surveyor in four states: Colorado, Montana, Nebraska, and South Dakota. He is very active in several professional associations, such as Professional Land Surveyors of Colorado and the International Right of Way Association. He has a particularly strong experience managing all aspects of a surveying business and its operations, including business development and personnel management.
Ron will lead a team of surveying professionals to help develop new opportunities for SAM in the Mountain West, while also managing the quality of project deliverables to our clients.
