Surveying And Mapping, LLC is pleased to announce that Travis Engelke has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Travis has more than 23 years 
experience in financial management, with a considerable background in the architectural, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry. He has managed finance and operations for several companies, from modest size to multi-billion dollar enterprises. Most recently he was CFO for Stanley Consultants in Iowa and prior to that was a Financial Operations Director with CH2M in Denver.
Travis has extensive experience in the full range of financial management responsibilities including accounting and financial management, business planning and analysis, growth strategy development, resource management, mergers and acquisitions, contract management, financial analysis and reporting, treasury and investment administration, executive governance, and several other key finance areas. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Northern Kentucky University and Executive Leadership training from the University of Michigan. Travis is also an active in several finance industry associations.
Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Travis has relocated to SAM headquarters in Austin, Texas, where he will provide financial oversight for the entire company and its subsidiaries. He will serve a leadership role in helping the company continue to extend its market strengths for future growth. We are excited to have Travis as part of the SAM team and look forward to his contributions to the firm.
