The SAM Companies are pleased to announce the 2018 Sam G. Hanna Honorary Scholarship recipient is Nicole “Nikki” Petrekovich. Shown above, Nikki accepts the award from (left) Sam G. Nikki is the daughter of SAM, LLC Employee, Tammy Petrekovich, Administrative Manager in our Austin office. Nikki recently graduated from Dripping Springs High School and will be attending Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. She plans to study Communication Design, focusing on multimedia art, animation, and illustration. Nikki’s application exhibited strong academics and a wide variety of community service and extracurricular activities.
Congratulations to Joe and Tammy Petrekovich in raising Nikki to be such a well-rounded young lady. Also, congratulations to all parents with graduating seniors this year in reaching this huge milestone. We wish all graduating seniors and their parents the very best in the next steps to higher education and fulfilling careers.
The Sam G. Hanna Honorary Scholarship is awarded annually to assist SAM employees’ dependents meet their educational goals. Application for the scholarship is open to dependents of all SAM Companies employees.
