SAM is happy to announce our selection by the City of San Angelo, TX, to provide Professional Geomatics services for their Public Works Department.
These services include a wide variety of Geospatial services, such as Geographic Information System (GIS) services, Aerial Mapping and Photogrammetry, and Geomatics services including Boundary, Topographic, ALTA, Right-of-way, Geodetic Control, and Hydrographic surveys. This extensive program for San Angelo will provide improvements for its facilities, infrastructure, and asset management capabilities, ultimately improving the community for the people who live there.
SAM was selected for this contract because of the advantages our all-encompassing suite of professional capabilities and our holistic Managed Geospatial Services™ (MGS™) framework, allowing for a seamless integration of these many goals into one streamlined undertaking. This program will make for a newly modernized and capable Public Works Department within San Angelo, fully prepared for whatever the future may bring. It is just one of the many city-wide programs occurring throughout the state of Texas, where multiple offices and hundreds of SAM experts are working to push the limits of the Geospatial industry.
