We are pleased to announce Shane Nichols has joined SAM Companies as Chief Growth Officer (CGO). Mr. Nichols has over 20 years of leadership experience operating in both Fortune 50 and private equity environments. As the Chief Growth Officer, Shane leads the growth efforts for the company and its subsidiaries in partnership with Operations and the Executive Management Team.
Before joining SAM, Mr. Nichols held several roles across various industries and business models with well-known global companies such as Honeywell, GE, and Woodward. He has consistently led organizations to deliver growth and business improvement through strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, profit and loss oversight, sales, marketing, commercial excellence, operational acumen, and the customer experience value chain.

After enlisting in the U.S. Air Force, Mr. Nichols earned his Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
