PRINCIPAL
 M. Brett Smith, PE, a Vice President and Engineer-In-Charge with SAM-Construction Services, LLC (SAM-CS)®, a subsidiary of SAM, LLC, has been promoted to Principal. Joining SAM-CS in 2013, he has more than 20 years of engineering, utility management, construction and construction management experience. Most recently, he has been in a leadership role for SAM-CS operations management, business development, and client relations. As Principal, his engagement with all aspects of the company expands. |
SR. VICE PRESIDENT
 H. Stroud Evans, a Principal and formerly Vice President, has been promoted to Senior Vice President. He also serves as Transportation Market Lead for the SAM Companies. |
