SAM announced several leadership and organizational updates that strengthened alignment across the business and supported the company’s continued growth.
As part of these changes, SAM further aligned its organic growth and business development efforts while organizing Operations around three primary capabilities: Regional Operations, Corporate Operations Support, and Strategic Growth.
Kevin Richardson was promoted to Executive Vice President – Regional Operations. In this role, Kevin assumed leadership of SAM’s Regional Operations, with Regional Leaders Kyle Curry, Chad Thurner, Brian Belcher, and Andy Wesley reporting to him.
Brian Belcher was promoted to Senior Vice President – Operations and assumed leadership of SAM’s Northeast Region. Christine Gayron and Michael Goodman now report to Brian as part of the regional leadership structure.
SAM also expanded Rob Butler’s role as Executive Vice President to include responsibility for Corporate Operations Support. Todd Baker, David Poole, Chris Guy, John Doughty, and Mike Rice now report to Rob. This alignment strengthened coordination and support across SAM’s operational teams.
Within Strategic Growth, Eb Laing, Brandon Espinosa, Ollie Pollard, and Chris Zmijewski now report to Greg McKnight, creating greater alignment and focus across SAM’s growth and sales efforts.
These updates reflected SAM’s continued investment in strong leadership and a structure designed to support long-term success. By strengthening accountability, collaboration, and alignment across the organization, SAM is well-positioned to continue serving its clients, supporting its people, and pursuing new opportunities for growth.
