Vivek Arora

Vivek Arora brings over 15 years of experience overseeing administrative services functions. His considerable knowledge and expertise vastly range in human resources, legal, safety, quality, risk management, facilities, and other areas. As the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel, Vivek provides strategic leadership for the human resources, legal, safety, communication, risk, IT, and administration teams to help the company continue its strategic growth.

Vivek earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pennsylvania, where he majored in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE); History; and Political Science. He also earned his Juris Doctor (JD) from Columbia Law School and his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Jesse H. Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University. He currently serves as the Chair of the Board for the Center for Energy Workforce Development and has served as the Co-Chair of the Workforce Development Committee of the Distribution Contractors Association. Vivek has also served on various charitable boards including Career and Recovery Resources, Inc. Additionally, the National Diversity Council selected Vivek as a Top 50 Multicultural Leader in 2021 and a Top 50 General Counsel in 2020 and in 2024.

Vivek’s favorite core value is People. He firmly believes that people are the core of every business and provide the innovative thinking necessary for organizations to remain successful. Vivek has a passion for helping others and has a servant leadership mindset. He currently resides in Texas with his wife and twins, where he enjoys coaching his son and daughter’s various sports teams.
