Joe Lonchar provides leadership for SAM in the areas of cash management, corporate insurance, overhead audit and the corporate professional state licensure program. After a few years at a local CPA firm, he spent 35 years as a CFO and Controller in both construction and engineering and has a broad background in all areas of finance and accounting.
Joe is a VA state licensed CPA and his SAM core value is excellence in service, ensuring the SAM team receives swift, accurate, and expert support.
He is an avid golfer and guitarist who enjoys life with his wife and two grown children and son-in-law.
