Having built a highly respected business by combining innovative, technical capabilities with trusted client service, SJB brings a talented team, a strong reputation, and long-standing relationships across gas utilities, transportation, and local government clients, as well as being a valued partner to leading national AEC firms. The acquisition advances SAM’s position in key infrastructure markets and supports the Company’s broader regional growth strategy.
SJB’s experience and diversified client mix make it a strong strategic fit for SAM as we expand our presence and capabilities in key infrastructure end markets in Louisiana and the surrounding states.
