Jeff is a Department Manager for SAM leading the New Hampshire and Maine offices. He brings over 30 years of experience in the Land Surveying industry holding professional licenses in New Hampshire and Maine. Jeff is a 1996 graduate of the University of New Hampshire Thompson School of Applied Science with a Associates Degree in Civil Technology/Land Surveying.
As a former business owner, he has proven leadership skills and delivers high quality geospatial data on time and on budget. He is known for helping his team members handle large and complex projects along utility corridors, Naval waterfront facilities, and heavy civil construction sites. As an expert in survey computations and geodetic networks, Jeff is often found training team members or lending a hand in the initial stages of project planning.
Jeff is an elected member of his local Planning Board, an appointed member of his local Conservation Commission, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Piscataqua Chapter of the Society of Military Engineers. To date has given a combined 18 years of volunteer service to these boards and commissions. He is committed to the perspective that a community is built on the good will and intent of it’s inhabitants. This is a virtue that he carries with him into the workplace with Community being his favorite SAM core value.
