Based in our Raleigh, North Carolina office, David will lead strategic initiatives to enhance our capabilities and expand our presence in the transportation market sector.
David brings extensive expertise to this role, with a Master of Science in Civil Engineering and decades of leadership experience in the construction and engineering industries. His technical knowledge and strategic vision will be critical in advancing SAM’s transportation initiatives and achieving organizational objectives.
David is a licensed Professional Engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Maryland, West Virginia, Texas, Michigan, Ohio, Illinois, Kentucky, and Pennsylvania. He holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University.
David’s favorite core value is Integrity and Ethics. He excels at providing exceptional service for clients. Actively involved in his community, David has volunteered as a coach and administrator for youth football and baseball programs. He currently resides in North Carolina with his wife and four children.
