Jeremy Mullins PLS, CP, GISP

Jeremy Mullins joined SAM with the acquisition of HALIS. Possessing over 25 years of experience in the Geospatial industry, Jeremy currently serves as the Business Development Director and part of the Leadership Team for the Aerial-GIS business unit, comprised of over 200 staff in half-a-dozen offices across the country. In this role, Jeremy’s responsibilities include assisting in the strategic planning and implementation of these strategies with the ultimate goal of growing SAM’s Aerial and GIS portfolio.

Jeremy is a Certified Photogrammetrist, Licensed Surveyor (Kentucky) and GIS Professional. His professional experience ranges from entry-level technician, where he worked with primarily aerial LiDAR data and imagery, to progressing through non-technical roles including project management, a Principal at HALIS, and now his current Business Development role here at SAM. Throughout his career, Jeremy has successfully performed projects for a diverse listing of clients, including both direct and indirect involvement with federal government, state and local municipalities, departments of transportation, electric transmission and distribution, and renewables.
