SAM is providing subsurface utility engineering (SUE) and utility coordination and engineering for this seven-mile design-build project located in south Austin (U.S. 290 and SH 71 Interchange). Our team coordinates utility relocation with thirteen utility owners while managing the negotiation of eleven TxDOT PUAA/UAAA agreements and subsequent amendments. Additionally, we are coordinating design for all City of Austin W&WW relocations and verifying all utility design is per the TxDOT’s UAR and compatible with the project.
