With over 8 years of experience in energy, electric utilities, and natural resources, Cristen prides herself on delivering excellence to clients across the Mid-Atlantic. She focuses on diverse ideas and is mindful of inclusion in her decision-making. She believes that leading with integrity and community builds on the team’s existing success.
Cristen obtained her MBA in 2022 and a second Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Johns Hopkins University in 2025. Cristen strives to bring applicable lessons and innovative client growth in a collaborative environment.
