SAM has ranked number two (2) among the Top 100 geospatial companies in the U.S., based on reported revenue in a survey commissioned by Point of Beginning (POB) magazine. POB is a leading publication for the surveying, mapping, and geospatial industries. The survey was performed in association with the National Association of Geospatial, Mapping and Photogrammetry Firms (MAPPS) and conducted by the research firm Clear Seas Research.
As the scope and technology of the geospatial field continues to expand, the survey was intended to establish an industry source for background information about the top practitioners. This is the first time the survey has been conducted, but POB indicated that it will be performed annually going forward.
SAM is pleased to have been recognized for this accomplishment by our industry publishing colleagues. We see this metric as another example of success derived from our commitment to delivering the highest quality work and prioritizing client satisfaction.
