Gary brings more than 25 years of comprehensive management experience in the land surveying industry, and an established presence in the Dallas area. He has performed a wide range of projects with agencies such as TxDOT, the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, municipal and county governments, utility companies, and private development clients. Gary ‘s experience includes project control, boundary surveys, right-of-way parcel acquisition, eminent domain support, aerial mapping support, engineering design surveys, and construction surveying.
Prior to joining SAM, Inc., Gary managed the surveying operations for the Dallas office of a large engineering and surveying firm. In that role, he was responsible for business plans and growth strategies, establishing and implementing departmental standards and procedures, and oversight and development of survey staff.
As Survey Operations Manager in Dallas , Gary is responsible for business development, contract oversight, project coordination, client maintenance, and staffing.
