- Generate a purchase order made payable to Survey and Mapping, LLC and you must reference the DIR Contract Number DIR-CPO-6040 on your purchase order.

Appendix C- Pricing Index
Warranty and Return Policies
Customers may provide written notice to Surveying and Mapping, LLC of errors, inaccuracies, or other deficiencies in services provided by Surveying and Mapping, LLC under a Purchase Agreement within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of an Invoice for the services. Surveying and Mapping, LLC shall correct the error, inaccuracy, or other deficiency at no additional cost to Customer.
