Bradley Leonard joined SAM in 2018 as a Senior Project Manager.  He has 23 years of experience in the energy transmission and distribution industries. Bradley’s focus is on the development and management of services supporting pipeline, utility, and other asset-integrity management programs, with strong emphasis on corrosion-related aspects and return-to-service programs. Bradley currently serves as the SAM Industrial Training Services Operator Qualification Evaluator.

Bradley received his Bachelor of Science in Geological Sciences from Ohio University.  He holds National Certification of Corrosion Engineer (NACE) certifications in Cathodic Protection Technologist Level III and NACE Coating Inspector Level III. Bradley has actively managed field aspects of various integrity measures to buried pipelines, compressor stations, tank farms, upstream facilities, water facilities and assets, nuclear plants and other civil engineering assets. He’s managed field programs in all aspects of direct assessment, cathodic protection, corrosion monitoring, protective coatings, in-line inspection, NDE, and structure integrity evaluations and repair strategies.

Bradley’s favorite core value is People. He believes in hard work and mentoring of personnel in order to develop a team of young professionals and helping our develop processes and standards for the operations of assets.  Bradley is married with two daughters and two step-children and enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, boating, fishing, and camping at their home on the lake.
