SAM Construction Services, LLC (SAM-CS) provides a full range of construction phase services for multiple industries, including oil and gas clients. Services include Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI), observation, quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) management, contract administration, and the development of quality manuals and specifications.
In conjunction with our Midland Office, SAM-CS has performed numerous projects in the West Texas region. In addition to transportation projects for the TxDOT Odessa, Abilene, and San Angelo Districts, SAM-CS is also serving the Energy Sector on the construction of civil structures and improvements on the Texas highway right-of-ways. Typical improvements include, but are not limited to construction of embankment, road widening to incorporate acceleration and deceleration lanes, dedicated turning lanes, driveway entrances, as well as the incorporation of culverts, drainage structures, permanent markers and signs.
