SAM-Construction Services (SAM-CS) has been granted pre-qualification eligibility for three years by the City of Denton, Texas. SAM-CS will perform Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services for various infrastructure improvement projects across the city, supporting the City of Denton’s strategic plans and, by extension, their sustainability plan, Sustainable Denton.

Over the next three years, our teams will provide construction inspection, materials sampling and testing, environmental oversight compliance, schedule review, record-keeping and contract compliance, as well as public information services. SAM-CS was chosen for this partnership due in large part to our wealth of experienced professionals and decades of CEI knowledge, particularly in bridge inspection and local infrastructure projects.

“We look forward to lending our expertise to the City of Denton to improve the safety and quality of the transportation infrastructure the community relies on,” said SAM-CS Project Manager Lewis Reagan. “SAM-CS’s staffing depth and ability to mobilize quickly allows us to meet the fast timeline necessary for project success.”

SAM-CS has already been notified of our first assignment pursuant to our pre-qualification eligibility. For this first assignment, our teams will provide Construction Management and CEI Services associated with the Hickory Creek Phase 3 roadway and bridge project construction from Riverpass Drive to FM 1830 in Denton.
