SAM-CS, LLC has been contracted to provide Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) in the Odessa District. The award was an $8M, five-year Master Service Agreement (MSA) under an Indefinite Deliverable Contract with Multiple Work Authorizations.

The scope of work by SAM-CS includes structure inspection for bridges and bridge class culverts, concrete paving inspection, hot mix asphalt paving inspection, change order estimating and negotiations, shop drawing tracking for submittals, reviews, and approvals, as well as reviewing work schedules, plan changes, construction issues, traffic changes, public information, and contractor baseline schedules.
