How we live these values

SAM’s Core Values Observation program reinforces these values by starting each observation discussing our CORE values. The program is designed to engage our employees in a discussion about their understanding of the SAM Core Values, their understanding of their assigned tasks, associated hazards, risk assessment, and mitigating actions. Each observation ends with an open dialogue about what improvements can be made to SAM’s policies, procedures, and programs.
